I don't use TikTok so I have no strong opinion about its fate. In general I am in favor of protecting online privacy from bad actors foreign and domestic.

But I would love for somebody to explain how the TikTok ban isn't an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder due to explicitly singling them out.
