Took me some time to get to "he". It wasn't anything intentional, more a case that he had been "her" to me for some time.
The family is mostly on the same page & being supportive. Trying to be a good uncle to him without treating him any different than my other nieces & nephews.

You are 100% badass. Love it. Doing a heavy is awesome. I did 1 "off the books" heavy in DC that was so cold my camelback tube froze around 2AM. Had to pour the water into a nalgene that I was carrying, which slowed things down as we were carrying logs through Georgetown in the pre-dawn

I have done a fair few overnight rucks & 1 marathon ruck. Despite being 5'7" I use a 25 litre Rucker 3.0 as I like to carry a lot of water. I've stepped off at 55# in the ruck & it's never let me down
