Whereas a real person who answers a phone and hears me say "appointment desk" on a less than perfect connection, the "helpful AI assistant" hears me and makes me loop through 3 other menus because it thought it heard "an appointed desk". Yeah, AI is a real boon for efficiency.

I'm always amazed just how limited human imagination must be in the eyes of AI cheerleaders. It is almost like they don't use theirs (if it doesn't come to how they can make money).
