Currently working on a YA contemporary romance about a perfectionist people pleaser who’s had enough of letting people walk all over her and decides to fake date her ex’s enemy out of spite 😏 14k words so far!

Day 2 (but my first day writing):

I’ve heard so much about this book and I’m finally getting around to reading it. 12 pages in and it’s already helped me realize why a part of the middle portion of my book wasn’t working.

Now figuring out *how* to fix that is still a work in progress, but it sure does feel rewarding 😌

thinking about how after i write this revenge dating book in november, the plan is to revise and query either this book or Lucid, which has me thinking about how despite both being high school settings, the main characters of each are basically this meme
