4 full weeks in, anyone else living in sheer terror over what the new administration has done? Latest terror: the ethnic cleansing of Gaza is being called “trumps plan” by more than one other country.

Legit ?’s - I’m stuck in constant emotional mix of terror & horror, so how does one stop caring enough to not be worried, anxious, & stressed TF out 24/7 over everyGDthing? Is it possible w/o sacrificing empathy? I’m already a highly anxious person & we’re only 1 week into this new administration.
