In AP Art, as a senior in HS, we got to paint a brick on the wall in our classroom. I used this quote for mine. It felt dark at the time, but damn if this doesn’t pop in my head all the time as an adult.

I had a Saturn SC-1, and while it was long, it was so low to the ground it felt like you were dragging on the pavement. I was sad to trade it in after 16 years, but I was also starting to feel unsafe in such a low car with so many big cars on the road. And they’ve only grown since!

A tiny car sounds great! Until you imagine what happens when one gets rear-ended or t-boned by the monstrosities on the road now. They sure would be a lot safer for pedestrians and kids though.

park - MO - bile, like tile and stile, things he would know about.

A friend and I decided it’s Surrender Flag White. 🤣

I am so sorry for your loss. I feel the same way about the shutdown, I was able to spend so much more time with our Amber during her last days and many vet visits. Silver linings, indeed.

“Coast to coast rival” doesn’t even make sense. Yes, the USPS handles a lot of shipping, but it is shipping and sending mail as an intermediary. Amazon only ships their own platform’s sold items. UPS is a more congruent model to compare.

The way replies are threaded now, I thought you were talking about the Capitol’s tree. 🤣 The Del Ray tree looks… average?

Can’t people just plant a tree and stop cutting down innocent trees that just want to grow in peace?

I expect every store to be chaos from now until about Jan. 15 or so. 🤷‍♀️

So in your case, I’d probably do it. Six hours is a very long time if you’re crammed into a tiny seat.

Depends on the kind of flight, and how much the flight was initially. I found the Icelandair economy seats to be extremely tight, and I am not tall. I always paid for extra room on flights when I traveled for work if they were under $100 RT, more than that it had to be longer than 3hrs.

And yet, I’m still thinking about getting one in honor of my Amber. Has anyone ordered from this company? BBB had some complaints, their website has mostly good reviews but some mixed and bad reviews. If I do order from them, using my spare card so if there’s fraud it’s easy to cancel and dispute.

To be fair to people who don’t know the timeline, this event was on September 18, 2024. So it was a platform for the generic president-elect at that moment. Planning the inauguration takes months, if not years, and isnt personalized until after the elction. www.aoc.gov/about-us/new...
First Nail Ceremony Commences Inauguration Construction
Construction has officially begun on the 2025 presidential inaugural platform at the U.S. Capitol.

They hook you on the realistic dirty ones, and then comes the “I caked this in 3” of mud, let’s get a billion views and make some cash off it” train wrecks we can’t stop watching.

We’re going tomorrow. Maybe we should bring illicit sandwiches.

“Toss it.” Because it was probably bad wine to start with?
