Almost any filmmaking tools and styles (with the exception of the visual style of Wicked perhaps) can be great and used well, but it depends specifically on how purposefuly they're used and how good the execution is

Oh wait I just posted opinions about star wars on the internet... Surely this could never go wrong for me
Watching Star Wars for the first time:
IV: really fun adventure, very good film
V: uh what happened in this one? Like nothing actually happened? They could've made this one 30 mins. I was so sleepy during the swamp scenes. Just feels like moving the pieces about a bit (very slowly) for the next one

The first video is our NHS waiting list one so do try to share it out as far and wide as you can!

Yes you can see how some of the food is clearly artificial and how the houses are exaggeratedly wonky and the sets use forced perspective but that makes it feel real like a theater stage. The tiny imperfections add a perfect hand crafted feel that makes you see the art and love in it

Lastly it has that typical TV series adaptation problem of having painfully slow pacing. It can be nice to slow down a bit to feel calm and homely here and there, but the entire first episode of the second season felt like a slow crawl of exposition, they need to be more efficient at expositing
