Ohh, I see what happened now. I did complete the run, which is why it prompted me to register again. Is there a way to add Red after the fact or would I just have to do another run?

I'm not sure I follow. The issue is that the site rolled me a new set of seven Pokemon other than the one I originally got. Are you saying that happened because I submitted the hall of fame before Red? Should I just submit the shots I have even if they don't match the team on the site anymore?
