Watching #AEWWorldsEnd on a 30 minute delay. Just want to say that Ricochet, Okada, Ospreay, and Fletcher are 4 of the best I’ve ever seen. Mariah May and Thunder Rosa are incredible. If AEW ever goes down, I’m with them till the end.

I continue to buy physical media (books, games, movies) because of issues like this.
“Everything is streaming now, and we don’t mean “everything is on streaming.” If that were the case, people could have watched the 2002 movie 28 Days Later digitally before…last week. Instead, everything acts like streaming: fleeting and unpredictable.”
DVD is dead. Long live DVD.
Tech’s takeover of show business has turned everything into streaming. The only recourse is to focus on the physical.

Last night’s watch. Well crafted psychological thriller. Great performances by Dagmar Lassander as a housewife being blackmailed and Simon Andreu as the very creepy man doing the blackmailing. I woke up today unraveling the story layers in my mind. Definitely worth a watch.

Second film would be more amusing if the protagonist hadn’t committed unforgivable acts in 1st film. Now, he has a goofy sidekick, and something resembling a conscience. Kind of a straightforward assassin movie, not a total trash fest like the original.
Watched the first film last night. The protagonist is a complete monster, but he may have to face his crimes in the second film. I enjoyed this but hard to recommend due to how brutal and shocking it is.
