Here's a poem I wrote called "Ode to Celery"

Oh, celery!
Crisp, wet, and vegetal
Connecting mineral to sky by silvery threads
You are the puppeteer of the soil
Mute when rootbound, but protesting loudly at each rib broken
Your revenge in every tangle between tooth and gum.

Now that I'm leaving the Meta platforms, I'll re-post some of my greatest hits I wrote there.
