No clue who is in the Bay Area (not me for sure) but as a first responder I can tell you that one of the best things civilians can do to help in an emergency is learn very basic skills like bleeding control, and CPR.

Remember: YOUR INTERVENTION dramatically increases the chance of saving a life!

I am so sorry dude. I know how you feel. It’s rough. It’s so fucking rough. And the current food industry in the US- globally really -doesn’t help. The first time I lost a lot of weight, finding a buddy to keep me accountable and motivated helped a tonne.

We’re all in this together.
