Third Image:

This is my third portrait. I was so bummed about it because it took longer than my first and second portraits (1.5 hours) and there were many things that were off compared to the reference.

I was encouraged by my first-ever portrait and drew the second portrait the very next day, which has since become one of my favorite drawings.

But one evening, something clicked in my mind and I felt an irresistible urge to give it a shot lol. I was surprised that the first portrait turned out well (by my standards), even though I did not achieve likeness with the references.

These are my first-ever portraits of real people, each taking approximately 1 hour to complete. Before my long hiatus, I had only drawn anime portraits and was always scared to try drawing real people.
