Remembering #OTD 29 May 1940 the men of the East Riding Yeomanry &145 Bde who were preparing to make their attempt to breakout from Cassel this evening. Few made it to Dunkirk, almost all were KIA or captured, the only escapees being from B Echelon who departed earlier #Forrard
