"We've talked about quantum for years, but from my point of view, we're establishing a roadmap," said Jaffart.

"We are working to get the technology ready," he adds. "We need to do work on technology maturation."

"There is a lot of work to be done with demonstrations. We (ESA) are working with industry and the Commission," said Jaffart.

Our Director, Laurent Jaffart, is currently speaking on the panel, Quantum Communication in the EU: Building a Secure Quantum Future and the EuroQCI.

"Space-based missions overcome communications limitations by enabling quantum links between distant locations across Europe and worldwide," he said.

An important step for Moonlight 🌑💡

Telespazio, Moonlight's prime contractor, has signed a Letter of Intent with Japanese company ispace.

This international collaboration will lead to research on satellite transport opportunities and help boost the lunar economy.
