The depression builds up so much that it became suicidal. The society we live in judges people based on how hard/much a person works and says, if you dont do this you arent a worthy human. Please try to understand someone with adhd and depression and how hard simple things can be near impossible 3/3

break through. Something as simple as taking a shower can take up all your energy for the day because its so incredibly hard. Don't treat that person like they just don't want to do it, because a lot of the time they do. I for one wish to do normal things get on a normal schedule. work/clean/etc 2/3
