Max just comes across as really weird. I think Syd would appreciate knowing the truth like she did in that one episode before having her memory erased.
I did like the episode where Max's friends get ultralinked tho. Kinda wish Turbolt had a permanent human host tho

Do I prefer how slugterra handled the missing dad problem? I think so, depends where they go after the conclusion of s2 because Eli got his dad back and he was promptly taken away again
Meanwhile Max found his dad and got him back home safe and sound with no issue
