"The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped from our hands, we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams at us the loudest."

Um, ICE just coldly shot an unarmed PRIEST in the head w a pepper ball when he (and everyone around him) clearly posed no threat.

For the crime of … complaining about government policy.

Core 1A speech.

With cameras rolling, they’re sniping priests for sport.

The NYT's making sure everyone sees this piece pushing eugenicist views of autistic people.

She's 77 and would be 79 upon taking office. She would be 85 at the end of her first term. Have we learned nothing from Biden.

They're out here beating clergy too.
Alt text: A group of armed officers in camouflage uniforms and tactical gear confront a man dressed in black with a clerical collar. One officer sprays a chemical agent directly into the man’s face as he recoils, eyes shut tight and head turned from the spray. Other officers stand close by, heavily armed and wearing helmets, goggles, and protective gear. The man appears to be a pastor, as suggested by his attire. The scene is tense and chaotic, taking place on a city street.

ICE is a hostile occupying force that is a danger to everyone.
Alt text: A man in camouflage clothing and a face covering sits inside a gray Jeep, pointing a weapon out of the open driver-side window. The gun is aimed directly at the camera. The man wears gloves and a dark cap, and his eyes are visible above the mask. The vehicle’s door and side mirror are wet with raindrops.

One final observation as well is that these people are suffering from success. They got Trump in and he makes it near impossible to get any sort of sustained news cycle because he sucks up all the oxygen and every day it's something new. It's hard to sustain a boycott campaign in this environment.

The vast majority of their subscribers are international, not domestic in the US. This would barely touch their bottom line.

One thing I noticed about so many of their posts were insanely high like counts but barely any engagements such as comments. These things are heavily pushed by bot networks to generate controversy.

Bot Networks Are Helping Drag Consumer Brands Into the Culture Wars
AI tools have made coordinated attacks targeting corporations much more common, researchers say.

So many of these controversies rely on the company doing crisis pr that fuels the flames of the controversy further. Turns out if you just grey rock it, they get bored and move on. It's difficult to sustain that level of outrage longer than a few days.

Libs of Tiktok, Elon Musk, and Robbie Starbuck put everything they had into trying to push a boycott of Netflix over LGBTQ characters in their shows.

Netflix ignored them and the stock is back up. Turns out bots don't actually cancel accounts.

What kind of chickenshit governor refuses to sign a bill providing funding to suicide prevention hotlines for LGBTQ youth after Trump revoked funding?
esqueer.net
These bills will become law without his signature but it's incredibly fucked up to send the message that he won't support trans people's privacy in medical care nor their access to healthcare all so he can run for president in 2028. He's a craven sociopath.

Fuck Gavin Newsom. I will never vote for him and you shouldn't either.
Excerpt from an article discussing LGBT+ protections in California legislation. It states that Governor Newsom neither signed nor vetoed certain bills. One bill strengthened protections under Sen. Scott Wiener’s “State of Refuge” law. The highlighted portion reads: “At least four bills directly addressed trans protections,” followed by examples such as healthcare and patient confidentiality, streamlining legal name and gender changes, nondiscrimination in health insurance, and inclusive homelessness programs.

In a press release, Texas Attorney General calls "transgenderism" a "corrupted ideology" that is "a cancer on our culture."

This is openly genocidal rhetoric about trans people from a sitting AG.
A press release dated October 7, 2025, with the headline: “Attorney General Ken Paxton Launches Undercover Operations to Infiltrate and Uproot Leftist Terror Cells in Texas After Increased Political Violence.” The statement claims rising left-wing violence, referencing the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and outlines Paxton’s directive for undercover investigations. A highlighted quote from Paxton reads: “Leftist political terrorism is a clear and present danger. Corrupted ideologies like transgenderism and Antifa are a cancer on our culture and have unleashed their deranged and drugged-up foot soldiers on the American people.” The text further accuses the radical Left of fostering political violence, referencing incidents involving Antifa-like groups and a supposed assassin tied to transgender movements. It also notes that President Trump designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, with Paxton vowing sweeping investigations into radical leftist groups.

An edited version of the "How Do You Do, Fellow Kids?" meme featuring actor Steve Buscemi. He is dressed as a teenager with a red beanie and a skateboard over his shoulder. A transgender pride flag has been digitally added to his grey t-shirt. The caption at the bottom reads, "HOW DO YOU DO FELLOW TRANSGENDERS".

I get that everyone thinks it's a funny little joke when Trump says nonsense about "trangender for everybody" (because really, wtf does that even mean?), but I gotta say that as a trans person, I find it absolutely fucking insane that he's constantly obsessing over trans people existing. It sucks.

Trump: "If we didn't win this election. If we had these people that were running that were ruining our country, destroying our country with their open borders and men playing in women's sports and transgender from everybody and windmills all over the place ... I'm not sure we'd even have a country."

Remember how the Trump administration raged about "transgender mice" because of studies involving transgenic mice?

Well, the woman who just won the Nobel Prize in Medicine wrote her thesis using transgenic mice.

One thing these bastards are good at is creating legal scenarios where the LGBTQ people in question are not party to the case. The kids who will be tortured are nowhere to be seen on the docket. Same with 303 creative. They love stripping rights of LGBTQ people without having to hear from them.

To be clear, ADF cooked up a case with fake facts, distorted medical research and fabricated harms to be able to gain the constitutional right to torture LGBTQ children.

That's what they want to do, to torture LGBTQ youth.
