Smoked pork butt! 7 hours on Traeger at 225°! Last 1.5 hours at 250°. Simple dry brine with salt, pepper and then layer added garlic powder, onion powder, paprika & brown sugar.

Well Colorado just busted a nice run. About to secure a 8-2. Still amazed that they are one bad defensive series (basically a player) away from being 9-1. Helluva turnaround!
