I have 4 days annual leave (yay!) and will spend some of it helping one of my teacher friends prep their classroom/office for September. One of the many things I miss about teaching; though going in during summer was something I avoided because of the principle but I couldn't refuse to help!

Oh I'll be back! My new job is great, have the option to WFH, greater flexibility, feel more trusted, but nothing beats how rewarding teaching is and the fact that with every single interaction, you're making a real difference! Just not sure when I'll be back, could be months or years tbh...

Hi all, former primary sch teacher with a decade of experience (mostly UKS2/Y6) turned corporate girl as of Sept 2023! ADORE all things T&L + reading. Eager to get myself stuck into early years/KS1 when I am inevitably back in the classroom- 👋🏼 if that's your area of expertise so I can follow!
