He is turned almost fully toward it and is out of focus in the foreground to emphasize the sculpture behind him. His ears droop, perplexed and unenthused The small Essek looks toward the viewer, now in focus with the Bean blurry behind him. Perhaps he is appealing to more knowledgeable art critics. Perhaps he is annoyed because he really wanted to have a stylish cloak in Vantablack.
