4. Parented. I watched my kid as she studied hard, developed her interests, and made new friends and I'm so proud. I helped at school with Harmony Day, Book Week, and Slime Run.

5. Worked hard. I stepped into higher duties, received an excellence award, and felt SUCCESSFUL in my job.

2. Socialised. I went to events at local game shops, went to PAXAus, have friends over for dinner and drinks, and made friends with other school parents.

3. Coparented. I managed escalations, mediations, and accusations. I will never convince the other parent that I'm acceptable, and that's OK.
