It was always my husbands “home” and it’s why we did his ashes ceremony there in April last year. Our son is more thrilled than he’s ever been before to go to Potter County PA; so much; even he’s confused. I’m gonna need help paying for stuff that’s necessary to get us there. Our 24 anniversary

The very thing that got us through last year, taken back because someone decided this year it’s too much; but last year was just fine. As I get on housing authority waitlists; I continue to keep falling behind on rent and there’s no help left . My son wants to go to the cabin over his dad’s birthday

Near the end of the month. But mainly $20-$50. Then came the end of this January. While our income is basically the same; I’m on disability and our son receives survivor benefits buy who knows for how long, since he’s almost 18. Our local CAO said my income is too high and now; $23 is their help.

Fought like hell, to see our son turn 16, to be home and out on hospice care by Christmas. We all got one more New Year’s Eve, though he wouldn’t make it through January. He passed away peacefully January 2024. We sorta sailed stormy seas the rest of that year; having to ask people for money

I’m not sure yet if I want to pursue a lawsuit with them, so fast forward a bit and he’s at another cancer center. From the moment they heard his story; they told him they would step back and let him take the lead. Once his pain was controlled; they talked about treatment options. He fought.

They brushed the statement off by saying “the likelihood that his type of cancer went to the opposite side of his throat is slim to none, but we’ll keep an eye on it. He had a few ok weeks before complaining to them that his pain had increased and he wanted another PET scan.

guillotines. French Revolution. It’s currently playing out right now to those not in a cult. And at a faster pace than Marie Antoinette and her bourgeoisie. Bright side Mr Hank. We cannot afford to lose you in the doom too!

Take these. Incase a sidewalk calls to your back again. A slug; because they’re cool. My ginger gal who’s old and full of cancer, a curly tailed cow cat weirdo and our giant ass gray dog size cat.

Fellow back fucked upper as well. Did mine in around 23ish was told I was too young for surgery.. Got pregnant. Don’t recommend doing that. Got addicted to my pain meds. For two reasons. Now I’m 43, on an MAT program and terrified of back surgery. Sometimes. You need the lay down on a sidewalk.

Alas, they can sometimes make it worse depending on what they are. I feel ya though. An antidepressant, a benzodiazepine, and an odd blood pressure medication at a low dose; helps keep sanity from completely falling into the gutter. Best of luck to you and yours. :)
