It is a media concoction, in the sense that the media view-hallooed these incredibly mediocre and even repellent people into office, same with Boris, Weekend at Bernie's style, and are now turning on them 18 months in because they're mortifying. That can't continue in a democracy.

People like this really show their utter depravity. The rest of the world voted repeatedly to end the suffering in Gaza in the UN, while Genocide Joe kept sending out the US Ambassador to keep it rolling. They don't give a fk about Palestine.

Exactly. And while he wasn't perfect, the official narrative is that he was a threat to the public and its desires for a functional democracy in a way that the current leadership, up to its oxters in a billionaire-paedophile treason scandal, were not.

Helpful, isn't it, to have all this laid out in gory detail a year and a half after an election in which Sir Keir was Weekend at Bernied over the finishing line by the British press. Hopefully we can get this down to a fine art, and get rid of some useless sack of shit the day after they're elected.
