This is personal for Gabriel because he has had Mandelson hoking through his bins. What's it come to, when the fearless and honest fourth estate are getting harassed and doorstepped by unscrupulous gutter life?

Cheers, Rafa's heart-attacking now.

some of the people in here loudly and condescendingly contradicting you were polishing Keir's turd before the election, and have turned on a sixpence because they are personally mortified by it.

A consensus is forming among the commentariat that Keir Starmer is not up to the job. Does it matter?
Allies of the Labour leader argue that he has waged an effective campaign to persuade key voters – but MPs are jittery.

It is a media concoction, in the sense that the media view-hallooed these incredibly mediocre and even repellent people into office, same with Boris, Weekend at Bernie's style, and are now turning on them 18 months in because they're mortifying. That can't continue in a democracy.

assisting others by not genociding them? Will you listen to yourself?

Gee, I wonder if, during all that excellent campaigning, the fourth estate might have had some questions about their plans for governing.
February 9, 2026 at 5:12 PM
where did it all go wrong?
February 9, 2026 at 1:03 PM
I have to agree with this hack that being a despised Blairite with connections to Mandelson's paedophile-traitor-scandal is "not a strength under these circumstances".
February 9, 2026 at 12:30 PM
"rationally' pursuing goals i.e. voting for people committing genocide abroad, because that affects us less than fascism at home. Utterly repulsive people.
February 9, 2026 at 8:22 AM
Your lesser-evilism commits you philosophically to voting for GENOCIDE. Do you not understand how spiritually unwell your country is?
February 9, 2026 at 8:20 AM
People like this really show their utter depravity. The rest of the world voted repeatedly to end the suffering in Gaza in the UN, while Genocide Joe kept sending out the US Ambassador to keep it rolling. They don't give a fk about Palestine.

I thoroughly approve of what's good for the goose, but I surely didn't think it would apply the gander.
February 7, 2026 at 9:07 PM
Exactly. And while he wasn't perfect, the official narrative is that he was a threat to the public and its desires for a functional democracy in a way that the current leadership, up to its oxters in a billionaire-paedophile treason scandal, were not.

Keep coming back to this little number Stephen was churning out in the NS to audition for his job at the Financial Times: imagine having the brass cajones to lecture other people on doing their job

Maybe Corbyn was unbelievably as disastrous as you claim , but if that were true, would it not be something in his defence that the elements most insistent on that forced us all to elect a govt that has tanked Labour to catastrophic levels of popularity BEFORE their billionaire nonce scandal broke?
February 7, 2026 at 5:24 PM
Again, I think it's important to be very clear that the bloke who the media told us was saving the Labour party from Corbyn's hordes of evil racists turned out to be someone who has led it to terminal levels of polling and introducing an association of the party with billionaire paedophiles
February 7, 2026 at 5:22 PM
Like, is it maybe high time, as we sit amidst the wreckage of a Labour government that is polling under 20% of the vote after eighteen months of misery by the fact it welcomed Peter "Nonce-Billionaire-Traitor" Mandelson to its inner circle, that certain 2019 chickens are coming home to roost?
February 7, 2026 at 3:52 PM
Perhaps, but since we're constantly lectured to by condescending people that politics is the art of the possible, and not to let "purity" get in the way, could we maybe say firmly on the record his govt was unlikely to be brought down by close links with an elite financial paedophile ring?

Helpful, isn't it, to have all this laid out in gory detail a year and a half after an election in which Sir Keir was Weekend at Bernied over the finishing line by the British press. Hopefully we can get this down to a fine art, and get rid of some useless sack of shit the day after they're elected.
