I just saw your cacao fermentation project posted on a small chocolate maker's group.
Very impressive, there are some problems though. Perhaps we should talk. I've been fermenting my own cacao for about 20 years and have a cacao library of about 150 books. Costa Rica today.

Very impressive, there are some problems though. Perhaps we should talk. I've been fermenting my own cacao for about 20 years and have a cacao library of about 150 books. Costa Rica today.

Anyone one else find it very ironic that magaworld is so outraged that some of the recent nominees are experiencing for a few days the same things that Sandy Hook parents have endured for 12 years?
