i was worried so i looked into it, and i found an interview where the main focus was on asking "why is there an ai disclosure?" and the only genAI is their TTS dialogue/callouts made from paid voice performances, with the intended use disclosed to the actors. no visual genAI or theft.
Arc Raiders dev "in no way uses generative AI whatsoever" for its visuals, but here's why Embark still has to disclose on Steam
Generative AI doesn't contribute to Arc Raiders' superb aesthetic, but Embark tells us how the team has relied on AI during development.
