I don't really know what to do right now. I'm trying to keep my head held high and say we'll get through this. I'm still convinced that we've returned to life because we have something special to contribute to our mental illness recovery. But others are succumbing to our depression. It's shit.

in the fictional world we were mostly well-adjusted kids with decent parents. we weren't absurdly traumatized, and we had nervous systems that… worked normal. I know that past was never really real to begin with, but in childhood, it was supposed to be an escape. now we are awake & can't escape.
