Excellent - if under-used - in both Douglas Sirk melodramas "All That Heaven Allows" & "Magnificent Obsession." She was a layered, satisfying Parthy Ann Hawks in 1951 "Show Boat." "Citizen Kane," "Johnny Belinda" - her range was extraordinary. She started in Mercury Radio Theatre w/Orson Welles.

I can't understand why more people are not hair-on-fire outraged about this assault on America's healthcare. Those of us facing Alzheimer's and other such scourges are terrified at what is being done to research funding by this savage, lawless, ignorant Administration! What will it take?!
