Basically, the driver of the semi whose tires took out the side of my F250 refused to share his information on scene so I am waiting two weeks to begin the process of getting it fixed. I can’t imagine how shitty that would be with an un-drivable car. Just punishing victims more. Dumb fucking law.
Georgia has the DUMBEST traffic law. Drivers arent required to share their identity or insurance with other drivers involved in an accident. They only have to share it with police. So we get to wait 7-10 business days for the report to post to start an insurance claim, if you’re not at fault.
