One of the great tragedies of DnD is that no matter your physical build irl your character will be able to accomplish amazing feats, however no matter how smart or wise your character is, their ability to solve the DMs puzzles will be forever limited by your own meager intellect.

DnD character idea: Did your old character just kick it? Why not Count of Monte Cristo your party. Your new character is an NPC your party screwed over in some point earlier in the campaign, the earlier the better. Play a mastermind rogue as you bait party members into gambling and reckless actions!
