On this earth, I don’t want to see anyone crying over her cause they had so many opportunities to help and step up.

She can afford rent while making her feel guilty for asking for help. I hate this so much and it hurts when I can’t provide much cause I have a limit. No grandmother should be worried about between paying rent or putting food on her table. And when that time comes when she leaves me behind

And compassion for those is what she instilled in me. I owe it to her for my upbringing despite the hardships I faced and see people in our immediate family want to renovate their homes and go on trips and not even call to check in on her or even help with putting food in her fridge or making sure

I love my grandmother so much and I spent years juggling odd jobs to help her out when she needs it or to reassure her that she got me in her corner cause I wouldn’t be who I am if it wasn’t for her influence. The need and desire to help those around me, being kind to others and to have empathy
