I have never understood this. Worked on the UK edition of an American book about the nitty gritty of personal finance, and had to keep saying ‘But this isn’t an issue here…’

When I think of the boardroom table’s worth of documents, in triplicate, plus the £££, needed to get daughter 1 to Spain for 3rd year of uni … if I’d met Mr Johnson at any point over that time there may have been violence.
