I’m executing the Friday Shutdown: 10 minutes to Zero-Base my desk. Clear the surfaces, close the tabs, and take out the trash. You aren't just cleaning; you are closing the open loops in your head so you can wake up in a sanctuary tomorrow, not a storage unit.

The Environment Game Plan:
1. The Sweep: Spend 10 minutes tonight putting everything back where it belongs.

2. Zero-Base Your Desk: Every morning, start with a completely empty workspace.

You don't need a wearable device to tell you that you are tired. We have become so obsessed with the data of our lives that we’ve lost the ability to actually live them. My protocol for today: Delete one tracking app and trust your own competence for once.
