A new München to Zagreb EuroCity through service will start from December. The corresponding return journey will require a change of trains at Villach until mid-June before also running as a through service. 5/6

There will be a new early morning departure from Wien to Praha at 0510 (RJ 258) and a corresponding later return service, departing Praha at 1837 (RJ 259). 4/6

Some of the key international news refers to services from Dec 2025. The low cost Ouigo service between Paris and Brussels will be amended; three daily services will remain but with changes to the calling pattern. 3/6

The railway is a fine way to take the pulse of Portugal, and we designed Route 24 - The Atlantic coast of Iberia - to do just that. It starts in Spain in Santiago de Compostela before crossing the border and heading south through Coimbra and Porto to Lisbon...
