You have a fundamental misunderstanding of trans people and the law. Their aim is to live as their acquired gender and (with one small exception) that is their right under UK law.You/we cannot “other” them. And a wee slip there. Bit of a dog whistle in your post. Please take your transphobia away.

To be fair, if your measure on biology is this issue, I’m not sure it is a hill to die on.
I am not an expert and I do not hold myself out as one, but I have read a bit on the subject. There is significant medical opinion which only refers to ambiguous genitalia and does not ascribe gender.

Well, pretty much all the women rugby players in the UK wanted to continue to play with their trans colleagues. There are exceptions, of course. The category is so tiny, that it was working fine, with each case being judged on its own merit. Then BAM!! 😢
