Also if more jury popular acts in the final then more likely jury vote split more ways. This paves the way for Israel to rig the televote again but actually win the whole thing this time.

Very disappointing but not very surprising. Weak measures when it would be so simple to save the competition. I can see why so many are giving up on the competition.
