My Dad experiences a lot of internalized racism about being Latin, and seeing him take pride in it rather than the shame that was put on him by white society is beautiful.

Like, a former girlfriend of mine was stunning! I've never been more attracted to a person than I was to her for a time.

But I also am somewhat on the asexual spectrum, she had a high sex drive so it was a mismatch. And that can be difficult for both people in a relationship!

Finished the Killers of the Flower Moon book.

High journalistic integrity and work. More focus on the FBI in the book than the movie, which I'm mixed on (though it's certainly not pro-Hoover.)
