Based on that chart, the Mk II Kolm-An Class has about twice the mass of the Mk I
Apparently, it’s the mass of the ship. It’s weird that “class” means two different things in the same slide (i.e. Kolm-An Class vs. Ship Class XIII). It’s also weird that variants of the same CLASS can have such a wide range of CLASSES, especially for a refit.

I like the idea of a mobile station. I’m thinking the Starfleet version of FEMA? A giant module that can settle onto a planet that’s experienced some major disaster.
