But this isn’t a source, this an english magazines repeat of the initial claim, no verification whatsoever.

They may have had some form of process to assign referees but there is zero evidence anywhere that there was a “ random lottery.”

I don’t have to cite sources, you made the claim, i’m saying there are zero sources to support it.

For example, the only evidence for your claim is an unsourced wikipedia entry and a few facebook pages/articles with a few hundred followers.
