3. Minimally offensive beyond the inefficiency of selling coffee exclusively via chemex and serving it in for here mugs. I can only speculate, and hopefully so, that there is a dishwashing apparatus underneath the counter. At least an A-Frame storefront is less beholden to the elements.

2. Nevermind that “Roadside Chemex” sounds like a weed strain, why are there only eight to-go cups? How are you going to refill the kettle to perpetuate the lengthy brewing process for a customer base that loves things going fast? Poor planning.

1. A compelling shop, up until you realize that machine’s breville barista express. With an inconsistent grinder, and only a single boiler inside, god help you if you have more than one customer waiting or a milk drink
