thinking about forgotten computer sounds we no longer hear:

• the grinding noise of a defragmenting hard drive
• the BZWOMM of the monitor degauss button
• the squeal of an ejecting floppy drive
• the crackle of static as you switch off a CRT monitor
• the horrifying shriek of a dot matrix printer

every time I see a product to remove dark circles being recommended to me I think: "why on earth would I want to remove mine??"
