Exhausted but no time for sleep? Twenty minutes of yoga nidra - a guided meditation - has been shown to reduce pain, improve focus, and assist with tolerance of stress.

But don't take me word. Try it for yourself and see what you notice.

When you feel yourself getting caught up in the maelstrom's madness - use this simple but highly effective practice.
I invite you to feel the sensations of your breath to get grounded and centered.
You need to be fully present and anchored to go out into the world and be your amazing self. 💫🌺

This movement practice is a wonderful way to find a moment of relaxation. It helps to remove stagnation in the body and in the mind. To come out of this movement, simply rolled to your side and stay there for a moment. Enjoy as it feels right for you.
