I really wanted to show off this graph from the Hevy app after doing all my bodyweight workouts for the week. Unfortunately, I've come down sick with swollen lymph nodes and I'm taking time off to recover. I'm surprised at the emphasis on legs though!

So excited at this difference in my health / fitness calendar (red entries). It's not quite back to where it was before my patella dislocation but it's looking pretty good! I'm aiming to give myself a more balanced life so I might never spend as much time pole dancing as I did #fitsky

Just went on my first ruck -- a 20 minute walk with 12kg. It was tougher than expected, especially on my trapezius. It's great to finally build up a sweat after 2 months in rehab for a patella dislocation
