Never really understood why anyone would think guests would. Surely everyone knows that hangers breed like rabbits and take over the house?

In Berlin it's honesty based but......if you are caught fare dodging in one of the on train checks, they come down on you like the proverbial ton of bricks. I have seen people caught and hauled off trains. I wouldn't recommend trying it!

In my first job, in accountancy at a large local authority we had a mainframe running ICL LAFIS, green screen dumb terminals and a solitary Commodore Pet with a Visicalc spreadsheet which no one knew how to use so it gathered dust on too of a cupboard. Welcome to 1984!
