It's been ages since I posted an update! It'll probably take a while more to finish, but I'm feeling pretty glad for everything I've learned tinkering away =)

A strange plant is growing along her neck toward her face and into her hair, but she doesn't look worried. Fantasy piece WIP, Rapunzel returning to the tower years after the story's end. A path of flowers leads to an open landscape beyond dark bushes, showing hills in the distance and two figures standing around the tower. The sun shines and nature is thriving. Reflecting on an old place and time as a different person from the one that was trapped there, and finding the unchanging place in your memories has changed too, isn’t the same tower you knew. Digital painting of Nora, an oc. She's holding papers with children's' drawings on them, standing and smiling towards the viewer. The main colors are oranges/yellows/greens, with reds creeping in. She has dark curly hair that doesn't reach her shoulders, thick brows and a scar across her face. Underworld landscape WIP, the start of a journey through a wasteland with the promise of something better once the things here are faced. The view starts just above a strange magma/tar-like surface. There are strange shining and rounded forms in what could mist, leading to jagged rock formations in the distance, a north star of sorts just beyond them. There are very old festering things needing closure here.

Honestly don't really like this, was meant to be a sketch and it got out of hand.
I'm happy about some of the shading on the skin, but overall still looks awkward to me. Might rework it sometime but I think it's done for now #art #digitalart #digitalpainting
