Late to this but yea freeing urself from the need to have strict labels and policing those labels is great, and honestly makes finding the best labels for yourself so much easier (at least in my case)

i started this wanting physical changes but even only a few weeks in and ive kinda disregarded that in favor of the fact it just makes me feel better. I feel more confident in myself and kind of feel happier ig. also being able to sniff my own sweaty pits is a nice bonus
