Treat property injury like personal injury. Make polluters pay to clean up their messes for good. Evergreen Environmental Law sues polluters and trespassers who tarnish wild, rural, and man-made environments.

This is a victory for Orsted for this wind farm and some similar projects. Amoral, self-interested thought: Affected landowners can recover $$$ suing a bad actor for trespass. Yet few lawyers from the respective environmental and plaintiff bars cross-over to do plaintiff-side environmental work.

PS Evergreen Environmental Law strives to be moral and community-interested.
