And, eventually, you had to accept a photo someone took of you, if you recruited someone to do it.
You got other perspectives on your form, you were able to exit your own mind sometimes. I've never blushed looking at a selfie of myself. I *have* blushed when a friend said "this one is REALLY cute"

Our USian kids are also terribly unsocialized, I'm sorry to say 😥. It's not their fault and it's so wild what the rise of *gestures* everything has done to their social skills. I blame many things but let's be real, at the center it's always capitalism
