Is it disputed by anyone that our brains have two halves with different functions? One looks at the whole, or context, the other the specific. OK then, why don't we implement this? Why would anyone even suggest not growing the artistic side? Why do we appear to ignore this balance?

Hi David, we are conditioned to think that tax is a dirty word (mostly by right wing media) & it works. Particularly anything that affects us personally.
Tax provides for the services we & others require. It is not generally taken in greed or spite. Profits from business goes into private pockets.

You appear not to be thinking whole systems. Renewable should never be considered in isolation- what are the set of solutions that make sense in a neighbourhood including conservation heat networks geothermal tidal storage etc
