Yep, people buy and forget. They don't notify you about these things, so unless you're looking at their blog, or reddit and happen by it, or otherwise depending on an algorithm to put it in front of you it's a huge blind spot. Repost this or make your own similar post please!

I'm not super familiar with IR photography, but I thought the point of an IR conversion was so you could take shorter exposures, is that not the case? If so, why the long exposure here?
