Yeah, you can go on hrt as an adult but it works a hell of a lot better and results in a hell of a lot less misery if you get blockers first

Adults can but hrt doesn’t undo puberty, less of us would need surgeries if we got blockers first, it becomes an uphill battle

The problem is that puberty blockers, so long as they are discontinued in lieu of hrt before 2 years have no long term consequences and were the solution that me and every single trans person I know wish we could’ve had, and we were instead forced through the wrong puberty, which IS permanent.
